I visited Sri Devi Bhavan recently, and it was such an awesome experience. From the moment I entered, I could feel the warmth and tradition of the place. The interiors reminded me of old Bangalore charm — simple, clean, and welcoming.
The food was outstanding! I tried the idli-vada with chutney and sambar, followed by their filter coffee, and it was pure bliss. Everything tasted homely, fresh, and made with love — no unnecessary frills, just authentic flavors.
What I loved the most was the service — the staff treated me like family. It’s rare to find that combination of great food, hygiene, and hospitality these days.
Sri Devi Bhavan truly lives up to its legacy since 1953. I’ll definitely keep coming back and recommend it to anyone who wants to experience real South Indian food with a touch of tradition. 🙏✨

What stood out most was the wonderful service. The staff were genuinely warm and attentive. They noticed we had kids and immediately helped with extra cutlery and made sure the kids were comfortable. That small kindness made our meal so much more relaxing.
The food was delicious. My children absolutely loved the dosa and Vada. In fact, after this visit they have been asking for vada at home regularly they developed a real taste for it here. The dosas were crisp and fresh, just the way they should be.
Since our visit, I have decided this will be my must stop place whenever I am in Bangalore or even just passing through the city. It is not just about the tasty food but the whole experience the care, the warmth, and the simple joy of watching my kids enjoy a meal so much.z

We were recommended this eatery by a friend and boy were we mighty impressed by the utterly,fantastic thatte idlis with ghee and podi and their crispy ,crunchy masala dosa . It’s a small joint that’s been around since 1953 - yep THAT long people !
Their filter kaapi’s en pointe as well .
The waiters here are pretty friendly too - our waiter for the evening was Mr .Lucky who was really patient and attentive .
Please DO pay a visit to this lovely ,unpretentious joint .

Really good place to have food in Devanahalli. Opens early in the morning by 6 am. Recently renovated. It is a very hygienic place. Chinese food items are available after 4 pm. They are specialists in preparing family masala dosa which costs Rs 130. It is like a full meal for a family of four.Parcel service and bulk orders are undertaken here.

Small , cosy , friendly good staff awesome food and the cherry on the top is quite affordable or in todays world (Blore /devanhalli hotel prices) ita quite cheap the service is superfast less than 5 mins per order.
Operating time extends to 11.30 pm with take away till 12.am.

I recently visited Sri Devi bhavan hotel in Devanahalli. I am very much delighted to share my heartfelting feedback here. It was superb experience because of ennumber of vegetarian options. Plenty of tiffin items available in night time also.
Lot of people visiting here and experiencing the speciality. Actually I am initially not have the confidence by seeing the outside view and when I entered inside the hotel and directly went to first floor, it was mind blowing ambience totally different from outside view. some time medium or heavy rush will be there due to the special tastes of the food.
The ambience is so clean, comfortable, welcoming approach, nice staff team. So service is quick, staffs are attentive, courteous too which makes overall our dining experience even more enjoyable. I will more recommend to come here and have the experience instead of ordering through online apps preferably.
So we should have some patience to have the good experience. We had ragi dosa, vada, button idli sambar dip, ghee masala dosa, madhur vada, cofee, fruit salads, poori, etc.
Really we tired after having somany items. I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone, must visit atleast once when you are in Devanahalli, Bengaluru.

We went to this place with no expectations, but we were so so surprised with such tasty food!!! Tried thatti idli(idk if I wrote it correctly) but it very tasty. We also had Thali here and later Chai, everything was yum!! Toooo good!

We visited this place with our family. Everything was great. We were missing good indian breakfast in USA and the tiffins were really good here. We had Idli, Vada, Poori and filter coffee. Highly recommend this place.

One of the best vegetarian hotels in and around Devanahalli. All food items are excellent, but MASALA DOSA is a must-try. Coffee is top-class.

I recently ordered from Sri Devi Bhavan through Zomato, and while my initial order arrived late and cold, the team at Sri Devi Bhavan completely turned the experience around with their exceptional customer service.
I called the restaurant to express my disappointment, and I had the pleasure of speaking with a truly charming and patient individual named Lakshman. He listened to my concerns and, to my surprise and delight, offered an incredibly kind gesture. He suggested I place a smaller order for something like coffee, and he would personally ensure I received a piping hot dosa and coffee as a goodwill gesture.
This act of genuine care and commitment to customer satisfaction truly impressed me. Lakshman and the Sri Devi Bhavan team went above and beyond. The subsequent order was perfect – the dosa was fresh and hot, and the coffee was exactly what I needed.
It's rare to find such dedicated service, and I highly commend Sri Devi Bhavan for their professionalism and the way they handle customer feedback. A massive thank you to Lakshman for his understanding and for making sure I had a fantastic experience in the end. I will definitely be ordering from Sri Devi Bhavan again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for delicious food and outstanding service!

Actually one my friend to eat here he sent me location then I had lunch here I have taken meals and to was pretty good and clean they are following all government rules for covid 19 and here it is self service more over food was good worth
